This creative workshop explores the impact of our physical space on our mind and spirit. Practical organizing techniques will be presented and interspersed with discussions, visualization exercises, journaling, and drawing to tap into the realm of the individual's spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs. The ultimate goal of setting up one's own “sacred space” is developed as the driving force behind any organizing project. This workshop is designed for individuals who are looking for a more practical and holistic approach to deal with organization. Participants will take home a specific plan that outlines their own personal organizational needs as well as a step-by-step action plan to follow immediately to begin creating their sacred space.
